In this presentation, you will hear what “workplace diversity” really means and how it defines a relationship beyond employee race or gender. You will learn how a banking organization like Fifth Third Bank practices diversity in certain areas to achieve greater productivity and boost morale.

How mainstream customs can change the perspective on disability, culture and religion in the workplace by promoting empowerment and inclusion. This discussion is relevant to everyone with an interest in disability, culture, religion and a responsibility for addressing sensitive issues in the workplace or an educational organization.

B) Best Management Practices/ Immigration: This session will focus on the benefits of employing professional immigrant workers, who are needed for hard-to-fill positions and staff diversity. But the changing laws make those efforts difficult.
